Nerisville – Cebu’s Newest Attraction. Here’s What to Expect.

Nerisville opened to public last September 2018. A small park that replicates the iconic landmarks of Bali, Indonesia and Hobbiton in New Zealand.

After an intimate birthday lunch celebration of my son, my sister-in-law suggested that we should visit the latest attraction in Barangay Lusaran. It’s the last barangay of Cebu City before Balamban.

It’s roughly 1-hour drive from the City proper (minus the traffic) to Nerisvilla. The road is cemented all the way up, so it’s easy to drive. I’ll share below how to get there via public transportation.

There’s no food in the park but they are selling bottled water at the entrance. There’s nothing much to expect in Nerisville, except that it’s instagram-worthy with the picturesque backdrop of the mountains of Balamban.

While we can’t go to Bali and New Zealand yet, then I guess Nerisville is worth the visit. My photos aren’t every corner of Nerisville, just sharing with you some highlights of the park.

My kids enjoyed their time taking photos in every corner of the park. While the young at hearts are also taking photos on areas that they can still manage to access.

How to get there:

  1. Take a jeepney No. 62C, 13C or 62B to Pit-os and alight at Flying V Pit-os.
  2. Get a motorcycle or habal-habal that will drive you from Pit-os to Nerisville. Usual rate is Php80 per person (one-way) and Php200 (round-trip).

Nerisville
Sitio Bombil, Cebu City, Philippines
Opening Hours: 8am to 5pm (Mon-Sun)

  1. Nice view and quite a great view of greenery! The props definitely make the photo-shooting much more interesting. Thanks for the introduction and I will try to visit there next time I am in Cebu. @ knycxjourneying.com
