These are easy to prepare meals and doesn’t need any expertise in the kitchen. 🙂 I didn’t follow the typical ingredients of the dishes but instead I used up whatever I have in the kitchen.
1. TOASTED BREAD TOPPED WITH GUACAMOLE & SUNFLOWER SPROUT
Guacamole is one of my favorite dips. It’s originated in Mexico and widely used in their cuisine. The Sunflower sprout which you can eat fresh, I got it from the farm.
This is healthy and easy to prepare. First, make the Guacamole dip. Toast the bread. Then, spread the guacamole and top with sunflower sprout.
2. SAUTEED BITTER MELON
Filipino dish that is locally known as “Ginisang Ampalaya”.
3. BOILED PORK SOUP
Another Filipino dish also known as “Nilagang Baboy”. Pork and vegetables as the main ingredients. This is good during rainy season or cold weather.
