6 Habits To Boost Your Immune System At Home

Since the circuit breaker has started I never stop going to work, our company is approved as essential services. I’ve seen how commuting had changed from crowded to fewer people with social distancing marks until the circuit breaker phase 2 announcement.

Now I felt that it’s almost back to the normal crowd especially during peak hours in the early morning and early evening.

I know we are all happy that we can move a bit freely on phase 2 it doesn’t mean it’s already safe. As of today (21 Aug 2020), there are 117 new COVID-19 cases in Singapore and to date a total of 52, 216 cases.

While it seems like phase 3 announcement might come anytime soon. It’s still important to continue to stay at home as much as we can, to practice social distancing, wear a mask, wash our hands often, and continue to boost our immune system until this Pandemic is settled and buried 100 feet under the ground.

In the video below I’ve shared with you my 6 habits how I boost my immunity since the pandemic has started.

Here’s the summary!

  1. Start with a supplement that is powerful & high in vitamin C.
    I took it for 2 weeks. You can do this as long as you want. It’s not cheap so I just decided to use it for 2 only weeks.
  2. Take Vitamin C 1000mg tablets.
    Then I followed up with a 1000mg tablet of Vitamin C every day until today.
  3. Drink honey lemon juice.
    Aside from drinking lots of water, I also drink honey lemon juice which I squeezed 1 lemon into lukewarm water and add 1 tbsp of organic honey. I do this 3x a week but you can do it as often as you want.
  4. Drink ginger tea.
    I added a ginger tea to my daily habit. I used organic powdered ginger which I add ½ tsp to 1 mug of hot water. You can add honey or sugar too.
  5. Eat lots of fruits.
    I make sure I ate a lot of fruits that are rich in Vitamin C on a daily basis. It’s time to add it on our grocery shopping list!
  6. Exercise.
    I know how easy to say this than done but regular exercise is one of the best ways to boost our immune system plus it’s free.
