I exactly know the morning struggle of a busy girl who needs breakfast every single day. We’ve all been there. Those nights we tell ourselves to wake up early so we can prepare a healthy breakfast. Yet, we ended snoozing off our alarm few times until we realized it’s late for any breakfast and we get out of bed in panic. It sounds more like me every single day (hahah..!).
I’m always running late to work and just sneaky eating my breakfast in the office. I’m not sure about you but even how full my to-do list of the day I don’t skip my breakfast. Unfortunately, some of us might tend to cut it just to buy time.
Today, I will share with you my breakfast recipe creation that is quick to prepare, simple, energy-boosting, and packed full of delicious nutrition. All you need is 3 minutes (or less) and 3 ingredients. I named it…
Greek Yogurt Fruity
- 5 tbsp full of greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp of Granola
- Fruit of your choice
- Scoop 5 tbsp of yogurt to your bowl.
- Add in the granola
- Top with you favorite fruit/s. I like banana, strawberry, blueberry or mango. I alternately do it in 4 ways. The fruits will give you the sweetness so you don’t need to add any sweetener.
To save time in the morning, at night you can already slice the fruits and put it in a covered container inside the fridge. Also, you have an option to prepare this breakfast at night but I don’t, I’d like my granola freshly sprinkled in and crunchy.
Easy right? Now, we can all beat our busy schedule and not to skip breakfast.
