If you are concerned of overloading your skin with products that contain harsh chemicals and it makes you worry, here’s a skin food that is good for you and the environment.

I got excited to receive an early Christmas present from Nature’s Glory. This is something that I have been wanting to try, an organic product for the skin.

I have settled with few organic food in my kitchen. But, I haven’t tried any for skin yet.

I’m currently using these four new products in my favorite lavender and peppermint scents. For centuries, lavender has been known to help reduce anxiety and stress. I just love its calming property.

Dr. Bronner’s Organic Pump Soap (24oz – S$29.90)

I like this organic pump soap. It is good for washing not only your body but also for face and hands.

You will instantly feel the smoothness of your skin after first used. I preferred using this during night-time bath as it gives a calming feeling that prepares your body and mind for a good night sleep.

It has a caramel color and rich scent of lavender. If you love the calming effect of lavender, you would surely like this. It comes in five scents — lavender, unscented baby mild, peppermint, tea tree and lemongrass lime.

Dr. Bronner’s All-One Toothpaste (140g – S$11.90)

My initial reaction when I first used this — “why there’s no enough foam?” “Isn’t it I didn’t put enough amount on my toothbrush?” “Does it really cleans my teeth?”. Despite all the doubts on my head I still continued brushing.

The moment I finished, I was surprised that it feels so good, fresh and clean! This toothpaste becomes my instant favorite.

The low foaming formula has no synthetic detergent foaming agents, so that explained my doubt.  It’s fluoride-free, vegan, no artificial color, no preservatives. Made with organic ingredients. It also helps to reduce plaque and whitens teeth.

Dr. Bronner’s Organic Lotion (8oz – S$17.50)

This lotion is gentle enough to be used on your body, hands and even face. It is highly emollient, so start with a small amount. I use it together with the Pump Soap. I apply it after I shower, before my skin totally dries off. I like that it absorbs quickly in my skin and no greasy feeling.

It contains organic jojoba oil to heal and soothe, organic coconut oil to moisturize, organic hemp and avocado oils to keep skin smooth and supple. Good for all skin types.

Available in Orange Lavender, Peppermint, Lavender Coconut & Patchouli Lime.

Dr. Bronner’s Organic Hand Sanitizer (2oz – $7.95)

This sanitizer is so reliable and unique that you can use it on kids hands and face. You can use it as deodorizer too. I spray it on the air around my room to enjoy a lavender aroma before bed time.

It contains organic ethyl alcohol, water, organic lavender oil and organic glycerin. Such a simple formulation with no harsh chemicals that you will find in conventional sanitizers.

It feels clean with lavender scent.

My bath time is extra feeling fresh and calm with this three.
