I had tried different restaurants that serve Roast Pork Knuckle and I have observed that German Restaurants are very good at it. I know it’s not a secret that Germans like pork knuckles, sausages, beers and the list goes on . But, who don’t? 🙂
I’m quite surprised that the pork knuckle here is cooked perfectly (well, for me 😉 ). It was soft inside while it’s crispy outside. And the taste is up to the bones. It’s different amongst the rest that I have tried.
This plate is served with dark beer gravy, sided with garden veggies and Atchara (appetizer made of green pickle papaya).
