Who said there’s no winter in Singapore? THERE IS, HOORAY!!! 😉

Snow City was recently revamped from July to October. New activities and features are added that are already operating since 27 December 2015. You can now experience with your family and friends the full arctic, including the snowfall that is more realistic. A new snow-making machine produces 40 tons of snow compared with the previously which is only 6 tons daily.

Now, we get to enjoy the winter wonderland in sunny Singapore without going elsewhere.

Snow City opens daily from 10 am to 6 pm with last admission at 5 pm. An hour of snow play will cost $15 for an adult and $12 for a kid. If you are a tourist/foreigner it will cost you $18 both for adult and kid

We got to experience it last year on the same season. It was really cold for someone who is used to live in a tropical country. While, we still save to travel for a real snow experience, snow city is a good alternative.  

What’s more exciting for the kids and kids at heart, there’s five new mascots called “Arctic Avengers”. Aren’t they cute? 🙂

How to get there?

Take the MRT (green line) to Jurong East station (EW24/NS1) and walk towards Jurong Town Hall Road. It is located next to the Singapore Science Centre.
